Standard/Flexible:
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 days prior to the arrival date ( cancellation by 10:00 am). For cancellations made 2 or less days prior to the scheduled arrival date or early departure or no show, the following penalties apply: 100% of the total amount of the booked stay.

Non-Refundable
The non-refundable rate imposes that the entire amount of the stay must be prepaid at the time of booking. There is no possibility of refund in case of cancellation, modification or no show
